I tried the lunch in the restaurant it was good and the service was amazing specially ob gey his name is Elias he is kind, servant and the most thing I likes that he is serving whit a beautiful smile on his face all the time. Thank you Elias and thanks for all the service team in holiday inn hotel 🙏🏼

Great staff who are very friendly and welcoming. Delicious breakfast, with very attentive staff, especially Elias. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There are also a lot of wall sockets which is a minor detail but something I really appreciate. The only downside of this hotel is that it is far from
Jubail centre and far from the petrochemicals plants, but for a getaway that’s ideal!

Ambience was good. Food service was excellent. Service person named Elias did a great job and treated us with a great service. Kudos to Elias and Holiday inn.

It was incredible experience
Most important and noticeable was staff friendliness and cooperation.
The breakfast was awesome , workers were quick and professional, great service
I would like to pay special thanks for the staff ilyas who was extremely helpful throughout the stay.

I had wonderful stay here. The care taken by staff was really amazing during my six days day. I really appreciate Mr Imran for his hospitality towards the guest. He has taken wonderful care of our group by suggesting various options and minor detail restaurant.
