House keeping is excellent and room is comfortable and matrix is soft and appreciate restaurant teams are serve 👌 with smiles. Musab kindly behave with the people and cooperative and helping as very well , Ana's also as well , I appreciate moatasim room service on his kindly behaviour.

Neat,clean, and well maintained.
Excellent breakfast spread and dining ambience.
The pool does not have a heating system. Thus cannot be used during winter.

Thank you so much for Musab ,very dedicated employee with a wonderful smile every day I meet him in the restaurant, welcoming and helping with a big smile , thanks Musab for the best customer experience I had during my stay in holiday Inn Alkornaish,, the food also is very delicious and fresh.

It is a very cordial atmosphere once we enter the hotel. Very helpful and supportive staff right from reception to bell boy. We enter the restaurant for meals we are greeted by a very pleasant smile by Evelyn, the Philipino girl working there. Once we finish our meals, she immediately clears the table. Very impressive. Overall, it was a very wonderful experience.
