First time coming to Riyadh, but certainly COMING BACK AGAIN TO HILTON!! To be totally honest, on arrival, the female receptionist had a poor attitude toward me; she had made a payment error and had displayed a lack of professionalism from the start by raising her voice, but fortunately no one else was present to see it. But as soon as I called the front desk supervisor, he arrived and quickly resolved the problem. He offered us a free supper and refreshments and was really gracious. I want to personally praise him for his moral character and problem-solving abilities. Unfortunately, I was unable to thank him in person before checking out, but perhaps he will get the message. In addition, the entire staff was incredibly kind! 100% excellent professional quality; lovely, welcoming services. Start with the accommodating housekeeping staff, in particular Mr. Milborn, for his excellent service in guiding us to the hotel's desired location. Additionally, I appreciate Mr. George from Food and Beverage for his invitation and compassion, as well as Mr. Ibrahim for his grin and the delicious chocolate I received. During my stay, I truly felt the warm welcome, excellent service, high level of respect, and pleasant short talk I had with them. Despite the fact that I placed my order online, the security and other staff members were gracious enough to discourage me from reaching the lobby and instead delivered the goods to my room. When we stay at a hotel, we specifically look for outstanding service and hospitality, and I firmly feel that the hotel's administration has developed this. Thank you to everyone, including the staff members whose names I regrettably can’t recall, for the pleasant stay I had these two days. And I strongly request that management look into the unprofessional female receptionist I initially encountered, as such actions could undoubtedly have a negative impact. I will only give my experience a 10/10 because of how well they managed to transform this into a professional one in a second. I hope everything goes well for everyone who works at this hotel, looking forward to re visit soon!

It was my first time in Riyadh and Hilton ensured the best hospitality. I'd experienced great comfortable 3 business days at the hotel. Check in/out was very easy. Hotel stuff were very welcoming and hospitable. George was always the best to welcome each morning, he provides the best service to the hotel guests. Thank you.

I’ve been in this hotel already three times and I’ve found myself extremely comfortable every time. The facilities are great but in particular the staff is gracious and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast which has a great selection of both local and international food. The breakfast staff led by manager George is particularly friendly and accommodating. Ibrahim would remember my preferences and bring them to my table without me even needing to mention anything. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.

Hilton garden inn we are Looking forward to coming back again! I stayed for 2 days at the beginning of September 2022. , I enjoyed every minute The reception team was very helpful in providing all the information we needed about stay , I stayed in a king room with a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, high quality toiletries with amazing city views. Our room was clean and towels were changed daily. We found a new decoration with flowers and towels on the bed when we got check in to our room Special thanks to the housekeeper Kumer and mr Feras for this! We loved the services in the breakfast restaurant . Special thanks to mr George and Hager for the hospitality we got and the rest of the team (hope I write their names and sorry for forgetting the others)! They made us feel at home . We had a wonderful stay and we found the management interacting with every single moment checking satisfaction ? thanks mr mohamed Kamal and the boss oudy greetings Thank you again for such an outstanding service. Great location in a higher end trendy area with a beautiful view overseeing the financial district. Perhaps since it's still fairly new- the pools haven't fully opened yet. Parking is aplenty and the lobby is welcoming. Our mini fridge was not working properly but than again we really didn't need it. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast selection is above average with plenty of options, fresh juice choices are limited to two. Fresh crepes, omelets are great. Highly reccomend it.
