During the stay, the receptionist (he introduce as the son of the owner) was rude and not accomodating. Lack of quality of service - No costumer appeal. Although the bell boys are very nice and kind. Planned and booked for 3 night but stayed for 2 nights because of the substandard service, worst they did not even refund the one night. Worst staycation place in Khobar.

Very bad experience. Room was not available at check in. Poor cleaning services. The door lock had an issue and they toke long time to fix it. Very bad customer service. I do not recommend this hotel.

Room 307 was a mere disaster. First all the chairs are not stable they keep moving when you sit on them. An office desk was available in the room, which was in a very poor condition. The arm rest was broken and the sponge was showing. Also, their was a small metal rod sticking out of the chair. Why would you want to keep such a chair in a room anyway?
Also, the bathroom smelled like sewage!
