Lady at reception was talking on phone for ages instead of checking us in. Guy getting our luggage had bad attitude as if he’s doing us a favor. Bathroom is gross with hair from previous person staying here AND shower clogged.

Good hotel , friendly staff and near to Al Haram just 7 minutes walk. and there is a barber shop down the hotel who you will need after doing Umrah.

There is a very steep slope you need to climb everytime you need to go to Haram shareef, hotel is good and upto accor standards
