Overall I had good experience .. room space services and cleanliness was fine , it was near from haram though but the steep pathway made waking distance little difficult . If anyone wants to opt waking pathway , one shortcut way is through anjum hotel entry on the way.

Good hotel for people with strong legs. There are no buses to the mosque. Only on foot you can reach the mosque through the ascent of a steep bridge. You need strong legs.

Terrible service, we had to plead for cleaning up of room. Imagine the plight, our phone in room was not working, so for every little thing we had to go to the reception who were so arrogant and rude. No atticates, how to deal with pilligrimage customers when they have travelled thousands of miles.

Ali, Nahed & Layla at the reception are wonderful - they make you feel welcome. The hotel has recently been renovated, rooms/washrooms are clean and housekeeping staff is always available to assist.
The property is a 8 minute walk to the Haram. There is a slope to trek and not suitable for elderly or those with weak knees! :-)

Me and my family stayed with Hibatullah for approximately 3 weeks. We really enjoyed their service and accommodations. I will definitely recommend friends and family. Thank you to all staff members for making our stay at your hotel pleasant.
