Very nice place, large space, but there are some essential details that were not available like nescaffee bags and water bottles.
The breakfast was not good.

This was one of the worst experiences in any hotel. Staff are rude and unresponsive. The hotel is very old and looks abandoned.
Water is dirty as you see in the picture.

It’s a great place, actually it’s luxuriously antique if I may say so. My only suggestion is they need to step up the maintenance and branding.
Staff are 10 out of 5 stars great service.

Unprofessional receptionist playing with tax on the invoices making it overpriced. Check your invoice before leaving the counter, later even the Manager will not respond to you. Its one team.

Very nice hotel with palace type architecture. Rooms are very spacious. Wi-Fi is very week. Biggest problem is no mobile signal through out inside the hotel.
