Just an OK hotel located in a convenience location. Facilities are not bad but it’s just that the rooms stink to cigarette smell all over the place. Terrible. I asked for a room change but my request was ignored….

Great hotel in a central location, but the management was not able to maintain quiet hours discipline and as I travelled for work and was not able to rest

This hotel is OK.
Rooms are tidy and clean.
Staff are helpful and courteous.
The location is on the King Fahad road so to minimize noise I asked for a room high up.
I was on the 10th floor and it was fine.
The breakfast is ordinary with food left out for long periods looking a bit 'tired'.
The selection is limited.
The main problem which really takes away from this hotel is the smell.
I was actually woken up each night by a really strong and pungent sewage smell.
It is truly dreadful.
If they sort out thus problem it will make a massive difference.

Business meetings I don't recommend as very bad customer experience
