We went for our wedding anniversary in roaslie cafe in the hotel, the location the space was amazing, the food was averge and sweet also. The only think i did not like thrle service although it was busy but staff should be orgnized and give the client more attention.

The family and I stayed at Grand Hyatt last Eid and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were modern, spacious, and superbly clean. We particularly liked the lobby's design and found the room service good. We however, had 2 issues during our stay. The check-in took forever to complete and the receptionist wasn't very helpful and the breakfast buffet was unfortunately disappointing. The omelet was smelly and tasteless, most of the food was cold, and they didn't even have brown toast. The orange juice didn't taste fresh and the coffee was bland so I wouldn't recommend you pay the charge for breakfast with the room. Otherwise, everything else was nice.

The team at front desk really bad. Slow and have no clue how to do a seamless check in and check out. Was told that I hadn’t paid when I did for the room. My brother took the hotel taxi to the airport and again was told that he hadn’t paid when he did. Not sure if it’s not reflected in the system or they don’t know how to read!! The process of credit card authorisation to payment takes 15-20 min which took take 5 min.
They need to be trained better.

I was visiting the cafe and restaurant inside the hotel, I wasn't a guest there, but the lobby was dazzling and i like the decor, in the inside there’s path to Rashid Mall, the food and the coffee is very good, they also provides Starbucks coffee in addition to the coffee of the hotel *PS: staff are pro??

The best hotel I have been in till now. I was invited to a farewell party in the restaurant and there were 3 more activities running but you wouldn't feel it's busy or crowded. It is so organized and the staff are all lovely and welcoming, The food is delicious and the place is awesome. We had Mamdouh, Amer, Norman, Pawan and Jordan around us all the time and they were extremely friendly and we got everything we needed. I came the next day to the spa and the kids enjoyed it more than anything or anywhere else.
Thank you Grand Hyatt and all the staff for all of that and I am definitely coming again.

Grand Hyatt Al Khobar Hotel And Residences is connected by a bridge to the Al Rashid Mall. The interiors and public spaces are very thoughtfully designed and decorated. The front side room view is especially lovely. Room was generously sized, and a pretty bathroom. The staff were very friendly and charming. Free water near the reception while you're waiting. Hunger-station also if it paid already, they will allow them to come to your room as delivery. The location is also phenomenal because it is in the middle of Khobar city. Rooms offer flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, kettles and minifridges to 1- to 3-bedroom apartments offering separate living rooms and kitchens. All provide marble bathrooms with rainfall showers and soaking tubs. Other amenities include spa, indoor pool, fitness center, 3 restaurants, cafes and parking.
