-Affordable prices -Ladies pool gives it an advantage -Average food for tastes and items The worst thing is the lack of “Sanitary”…… our room were dusty , hair and many dirty things were found under the bed when I accidentally moved it ! Bathroom need to be cleaned more ! The shower floor was slippery before I even go there and that when I was about to slip ! Thank God I didn’t. You could attract more visitors just please take care of the place’s hygiene and sanitary and try to improve the quality of the food Thank you :)

Meh, they need a deep cleaning. The beds seemed clean, but around the edges of the room and curtains were filthy. The place has 4/5 star bones, but 2/3 star details. We didn't eat dinner because we had a 3 am wake up and heard the food was awful from other reviews. They gave us breakfast boxes and thankfully there was fruit because the sandwiches looked sad and the pastries were super bland. The pool was nice (though the water was too warm) and our son loved the water slides (though could have used a bottled water station or something to deal with temps that felt like 130 F/50 C). They need towel stands at each pool though. Also the beach was nice (though the water in the sea isn't turquoise). That said the pads on the lounge chairs were gross looking. Overall, it did the job which was it gave us a place to rest for 12 hours and we were able to float for a couple minutes in the sea, lather in mud and wash off. I'm sure there have to be nice spot, but hard to know really.

We enjoyed our time here ,, looks like this hotel was fabulous in a time nd suddenly became outdated with a lot of facilities inside the premises needs maintenance including the beach .. but overall the staff were super nice as well as I would think the hotel manager was walking around always making sure guests are satisfied.. two points to mention also is the slides were out during our stay , my kids didn’t enjoy it , and would recommend putting some water and splash games for the kids inside the big pool they have .. like the one in Dead Sea spa hotel .. overall we are satisfied and definitely will come back again

Con: very poor catering, no shops or restaurants nearby, hotel complex is really isolated. Bottled water overpriced. Pro: nice spot at the Dead sea, friendly staff, clean rooms, big and clean swimming pools including big slides. Small but cute beach, showers with clean water, mud reservoir, umbrellas and sunbeds for free, lifeguards

The rooms were spacious with a lot of room for luggage especially if you are travelling with family. The staff was very helpful, especially Mr Isam. My kids lost the key to their room and the staff was prompt to provide us with a new one instantaneously. The food was good. But the crockery needs needs be replaced as some plates and saucers were chipped. I also wish the management would go old school and consider installing muslim showers in the toilets instead of the bidets. The air conditioner should also be serviced as if felt hot during the night.If you don't care much for such nitty gritty , then you would surely enjoy the breathtaking view the hotel has to offer.
