Great time at the hotel. Spent two days here. Rooms were clean but could do with an upgrade (our door chain and lock were damaged) Access to the dead sea is decent (lots of stairs but that is unavoidable) nice beach with showers. There are numerous pools with good sunbeds.
It could have been due to Eid but there was live, loud music playing until 11pm every night that could be heard from the rooms, so if you need an early night it would be difficult.
Food choices are limited, buffet or basic snack menu. Lots of people smoking inside which wasn't my favourite.
Overall a good place to stay.

This hotel enjoys a fantastic location near the Dead Sea. The dinner and breakfast buffets were fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious choices. However, the hotel building itself felt dated, and the pool area could use some maintenance and upgrades. If you're looking for a place with great food near the Dead Sea, this might work – but be prepared for a slightly older facility.

interesting experience with Dead Sea & mud. Good idea & service provided for watering eyes by staff nearby. Gigantic hotel with huge pools & walking distance to dead sea water.

The place is beautiful and filled with pools of varying sizes. Rooms are cozy a spacious.
Highlight of course is the dead sea experience where you get to experience floating without any effort.
Service is exceptional specially Ala'a who took care of us well constantly asking us how we were and if the food was good and if we needed anything. :)

Good location, great view, great service, good food
Room wasn't up to expectations, not comfortable mattress, loud AC voice, we had to call for maintenance twice, bathroom lowers the room standards,
As for reception staff Rawan is such a helpful and amazing, very cooperative and easy to talk to as she makes things really smooth,
There is a guy on reception has some gray hair, he has an attitude, uncooperative and non-friendly i actually feel irritated when i see him on desk.
All in all it was good stay, would do again but please improve bathrooms.
