An extremely disappointing stay.
The room reeked of cigarette smoke, and when I asked for a change, the replacement room had a strange odor emanating from an unclean sink. The receptionist was neither friendly nor accommodating, leaving most assistance to be provided by the doorman alone.
Given the nearby hotel options, I'd strongly advise against choosing this one.

The food buffet has very limited dishes only 2 main courses and one type of salad, 2 soups but the soups doesn't taste good, the price on the coupon we used was showing 79 but he charged us 91 which I consider it as deception, even with a coupon to pay 91 for 2 instead of one is not worth it

Iftar Buffet: Does not deserve even a single star..one of the worst food and service..overpriced..Does not want to waste food but was forced to do that. Such a huge brand name but very disappointed

Worst Experience I ever had in a hotel … not recommend at all for buffet, below average food quality, not fresh vegetables and fruits, even dishes I felt they prepared two days before! . For family there is no partition or separate section available . Buffet section staffs are behaved rudely and not served well. Felt overall very bad and worst experience. Not Recommend for anyone .

A few days ago we visited Golden Tulip Hotel Restaurant for Cobone.com breakfast vouchers.
Restaurant manager let us wait at the door for minutes, he was very unpleasant, no courtesy at all. Very ill mannered.
