Had an extremely comfortable and satisfying stay during my business trip to GSH in early December 2023.
This was my 2nd visit to this uniquely designed hotel and the Free Room Upgrade on arrival was an instant mood lifter after the long journey.
Both the receptionists are kind & hospitable, especially Miss Rawan. The location is good since it’s on the main road but not too much noise around. There is a huge mall (Granada Mall) within walkable distance. The metro station (yet to open) is also walkable.
The room service is a bit slow and can be improved but all other amenities and services are top class.
The rooms are clean & extremely spacious and come with small kitchenette.
The gym is well equipped and the gym trainer is a great friend to any visitor planning to use the gym.

Had a very delicious lunch buffet here in Golden Ship Restaurant. Very nicely cooked shrimps with tasty soup. Best seafood soup and lenthil soup.
Best dish I feel is that mushroom beefsteak.
Good services and great ambience.
Good sweet options and three different juices.
Would like to recommend to have a try.

Well well well it was a great experience,the staff is so cooperative. Cleanliness is noteworthy. Interior is very nice. I visited on their friday buffet night. Live bbq was there,a huge variety of desserts and salads,choclate fountain,live waffles,juices were also included in the buffet. A few things they need to improve 1: fish n sauce was a bit salty,lamb ozzi meat peices were a bit dried out so for taste i will give 7/10, for service ,hotel,staff 9/10. Definitely will visit again

Base on my options, golden ship hotel was so awesome, good places and creativity building, same like a ship, and luxuries and good staff, accommodating and he will assist you true there services, second is they’re gym, and massage spa, come now, book your appointment to them and there massage spa center very affordable and more discount! Hurry up..you can save for more… learn more

Outstanding and friendly service. The lunch and dinner buffets are incredible (and excellent value). Pretty garden beside the hotel. Thanks to gracious hosts kareema and rahma
