The receptionist treated me with disrespect, as I'm going in, they asked me about my room No. and when I asked why they said it's for my own safety, meaning they suspect I'm not a resident, why would I go in if I'm not a resident !
So, I complained, and no aplogy, no explanation ..
Other than that and the slow wifi, everything is ok, and other than the receptionists ( of today), everyone is kind, smiling, still I wouldn't recommend it ..

I would like to rate this hotel a 2.5 on 5
The hotel is in a business area and hence it is surrounded by the worst side of the city. If you walk down the lane you can find garbage thrown everywhere by the shops. It is fair to call the location a ghetto. The hotel on its own is decent but 90 USD a night for this might not be worth it. Also the restaurant in the hotel does not follow FNB standards as they cooked our french fries in the same oil as they probably fried some chicken in and we had the after taste.
You can pay 20 USD higher and book a better location which has a higher tier hotel and better restaurants near by.

Good thing of this hotel is Chef Kashif only,vhe is so professional, he cooks delicious food because he is top chef.

BAD: wifi signal was abysmal - barely worked in my room. carpet was stained and extremely worn. furnishings were very old and outdated. no hot water in my shower. stains also on the walls and everything was just extremely old. air conditioning did not work (luckily i didn’t need it). for 560SAR a night, it was extremely disappointing.
GOOD: location was decent - you could at least walk a bit and also has a large grocery store nearby. the street noise didn’t bother me much and when i needed a hairdryer, front desk answered right away and it was delivered a few minutes later. all the staff was really nice, helpful and pleasant to deal with, so that was the upside.
wouldn’t stay here again though.
