Quiet, clean, nice hotel with tasty breakfast. Staff were all friendly, and Mr. Othman in particular was so helpful! Location is a bit challenging though if you will be commuting to the center or north of Riyadh because of traffic.

AC set on 25° it will not change
WiFi not working
Service staff no response/ reception answering calls "NO"
You have to search for them personally.

This place is next level for the price I paid. SAR 315 and you get great amenities, cleanliness, comfort, quietness.
Has a health club, pool with warm water in winter, bath tub with full of amenities.
Tons of restaurants and happening places surround the hotel.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Such a horrible service. I’ve never ever experienced such bad experience ever from Saudhi Arabia. Please be careful in dealing with the reception person. His name is Mohammed Usman ( that’s what I know). He is so rude and does not know how to even speak to customers. I believe the management should take care of their people by giving them proper trainings or else they will ruin the entire business.

I loved the room service and cleanliness.
I hated the fact that there is a cargo company right behind the hotel, with loud truck engine noises into the night.
