Hotel is lovely however service is below par. I was sitting in the lobby area waiting for my airport transfer to arrive and was rudely forced out by an abrupt female member of staff at the lobby lounge and told to wait outside unless I ordered from her QR code she was pushing in my face. As a solo female traveller I felt this was very intimidating and not helpful as I had explained I was waiting for a car and would be gone shortly. There was no queue or high demand of customers. She stood over me until I vacated. Usually the staff are so friendly and helpful, I found this disappointing.

Wow!..four seasons hotel luxury,amazing,hotel everseen in my eyes..i am very happy to stay with four seasons. All stuff are very charming and helpful.especially pastry chef rafiquel islam he is making amazing cake for us..when we will come back to riyadh obviously we will stay with four me and my family...

Visit in the restaurant of Four Seasons. Excellent food - unfortunately weak service: My order for a juice was not delivered but billed. When I requested a change of invoice the service requested for me to take that juice because they cannot change the invoice without approval of line manager. I declined and waiter got mad at me. Not the level I expected at Four Seasons

A really luxurious hotel, but to be frank the cost is ridiculous. While I do believe high rates can be justified, the mix of moderately ok service with prices being 150% more than the quality is hard to swallow. I mean come on, 28€ for a plate of fries in room dining is ridiculous.
