Sukoon hotel was not a very pleasant experience for me. I came by car from Dubai. Parking is outside, check in was smooth and the room was very big but the insulation system is not good. I could hear the traffic sound inside my room which disturbed my sleep, the water bottles provided are very small and if you ask for more on the same day, they will charge you. The washroom is old, the sink drainage had problems, hot water stopped while I was taking shower and the electricity tripped which took some time to fix on its own. Only 1 dental kit in the washroom and had to request them to bring one more. No breakfast included, no restaurant nearby. Going by car or shuttle is fine towards Masjid e Nabwi but I would not recommend to walk from such a distance.

Hotel is new, good clean rooms, location wise its about 2+ kms from Masjid Nabwi, so walking towards haram might se difficult for most. Service is not good at all. House-keeping staff don't listen to you. Gave 2 towels in the bathroom and one of them was old and torn from the edges and they didn't change after the request also. In an accommodation of 2 what is the purpose of keeping only one toothbrush, and then didn't give the next one even after requesting, although we were carrying ours.

No response from front desk for standard nor essential needs. Requested a repair of water spray nozzle that broke since day 1 of our 3 nights stay. They’ve never fixed.
Not to mention their lack of attention of customers complains regarding their unsafe facilities. This resulted in me getting rushed to the hospital and getting 3 stitches to my cut finger.
Other than that the hotel is a 15-20 minute walk to Al Masjid Al Nabawi and no restaurants or convenient stores are located nearby.
