Dirty place. It seems like they have no idea what cleanliness is. Besides, stinky odors every where which would cause breathing issues. Strange and weird looking people knock you room who will try to break into your room. Moreover, Unprofessional and rude staff. Would give below zero star. Not recommended especially for families with kids.

This has got to be one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in and I travel extensively.
The heating doesn’t work despite several complaints.
There is a constant humming sound overhead which is annoying.
The service works intermittently
The plug points are poorly placed and need to be wiggled to work.
The carpets are stained and filthy.
We booked a room for 2, there was 1 gown and 2 slippers. 2 bath towels.
We booked the room with a hot tub, it is an accident waiting to happen and the water heater does not cater enough to fill the bath.
Such a pity that it is so spacious but so dilapidated.
The first impression u get as u went we the hotel is dread as you are welcomed by a lifeless water feature and dead leaves.
The spa caters only for men.

The breakfast and weekend dinner buffets are good. The gym has modern equipment. The swimming pool is small. Excellent hot tub. The downside is a lot of the guests no respect the no smoking rules in their rooms, which leaves a horrible stench in the common areas.

I stayed for three nights in this hotel.
First of all a changed my room because it is a very loud noise at the 7th floor. It comes from outside and no option to make it quiet.
The rooms are not perfect clean, I had a lot of hairs, even in the bathroom. The room and furniture itself is old and very dark, need definitely a facelift.
The breakfast is okay, but empty plates at the buffet stay empty, means who comes first gets first.
Another thing is, I went down to the receptionist and asked for water, he mentioned he will send the room service, but nobody came.
The fitness center and pool area are new and in a very good condition.

Just avoid it. Shabby rooms although large. No view. Bleak decor. A few cracking furniture in our room. Musty smelling carpets. Reminds me of hotel California from the song ?.
Since Riyadh is very crowded one plus is the location in case you have a business meeting nearby. Parking available inside.
Another plus was reasonably polite staff although they have little to offer.
I suppose this must have been a good hotel once upon a time when it was built.
