A 4 star Hotel indeed
The service, cleanliness, large room, the gym
Everything is neat and organised
The breakfast has a large variety but be a bit tastier
The locatio is in the heart of Riyadh
Every destination is few minutes away
Will book again for sure

I don't get all the 1/5 opinions, I mean come on guys, you're comparing to Burj Al Arab or what :) The hotel is quite good in my opinion, rooms are very spacious (junior suite) and staff extremely polite and helpful. There's one of the best gyms I've ever seen in a hotel - not only the machines are brand new, but design wise it's just pleasant to work out here.
Few things could be better though. Furniture is a bit outdated, breakfast - hmm, let's politely say that you will survive, but if your stay is longer than a night or two, well, better have some alternatives (Starbucks is near ;)).

Great location, great breakfast, big rooms, little but old and I wish they pay attention more on cleaning since the carpet was dirty but staff and managment are great and the best thing was the gym

Rooms are spacious but needs to change floor carpet as it's too old.

The hotel overall is clean. Employees are professional and decent. Breakfast has all the major elements. What I like about is despite of multiple events happening you don’t here anything in the rooms which is really important. Suites are big and nice ?
