It was overcrowded and long que at the reception but expected in Ramadan weekends (Ramadan 2024). However, the ambience and service was great whereas food can be improvised. My special thanks and appreciation to Mr. Emad (Manager) and Maxwell (one of the Waters) for their great hospitality and service.

After my daughter broke her leg, we needed a safe & comfortable place to spend a week before her surgery. Everything was wheelchair accessible, and service was very nice.. a bit slow though 😊

The experience was great!
The check-in person has provided me a cookie.
The room service are very good & they even provide a reviewer of the room service after it has been done (Thanks Ibrahim & Abdulwali).
The only few complains those I have are: the lights buttons are crazy, you dont remember which switch is for which light. The AC is somehow not very fast in cooling the room, but generally acceptable.
Other than that, the location, the room space, the bathroom space, the bed, & overall great!

The hotel is good in general. Location is perfect, parking available and staff are very friendly. The building have two hotels with two different receptions. I didn't recognize that. I went to the one of the receptions when I arrived, but I didn't find my reservation. it takes a while until I found out that I have booked in the other hotel after the reception employee explained to me. The breakfast is normal to changes of menu.

I would describe my experience at this hotel as quite positive, mainly due to the personnel. The housekeeping team, Mohammmed Abdul Wali and Min Sunil, displayed high levels of professionalism in dealing with us as guests. On Sunday morning, the front desk employee was extremely cooperative and also displayed high levels of professionalism. I would recommend this to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasurable stay in Riyadh.
