I do not recommend staying in this hotel. Breakfast in the morning is not delicious. Options are limited. There is a bad smell in the room. Hot water does not work in the bathroom.

They even don’t deserve the one star that i post it , Generally, One of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. You can’t sleep since you will hear noise around your room every time during your stay and the Air conditioner not working at all I informed the reception since i enter the room first think that i ask about it they just say sorry we will fix it but they don’t do it . Staff are not helpful at all, they barely listen to your complaints. But, the only thing that is good is the housekeeping. I tried to talk to the manager couple of times but no one will care ….. don’t even try to stay in this hotel

I stayed here for a week while running an event in a nearby hotel. The location is good and the rooms are very clean. Housekeeping generally was on point cleaning-wise, although some maintenance issues could have been picked up & fixed before the room was let out to guests again. The tap on the sink wobbled something fierce, so that you had to hold it down while changing the water temperature, and the toilet flush kept running after being operated.
Overall, though, the room worked well. Breakfast was very good - lots of choice, nice set up. Unlike at other times of the day, the temperature in the restaurant was fine for breakfast. For dinner or if you just want to grab a coffee in the cafe lounge, I recommend bringing a winter jacket, because the AC was set to absolutely ridiculously low temperatures. I know, I know, it's a Saudi thing, but if the coffee you order is cold after just a few minutes and you're shaking while trying to lift the cup, your AC is too cold.
Other than that, I'd certainly stay here again.

Comfortable hotel, ideal for few days stay. Room is comfortable, mt take on it is the window view which overlook the loung area for my room category. Other rooms I believe overlook the main street. Showers are a strange thing, water used to slide backward and away from the drain causing a water pool in the back of the shower floor.
Service is very good, i like them and will recommend the hotel for your next stay, I know I will come back to the same hotel again.
