Had a great time here. The room was good - fantastic Service at the restaurant was amazing - a big shout out to Mohammed who was very helpful while we were trying to handle our two young children.
Check in process was very quick .Fares big shout to you for the help .
Overall I loved the experience and would come back.

Lovely service and stay. From the doormen and reception to cleaners. All welcoming and hospitable. Special mention to Shifa for sorting us out. Definitely worth it and hope to come back soon!

Very close to Masjid At-Nabvi. Very good and helpful staff. Definitely recommended. Breakfast and buffets were very good and well stocked with variety. All staff very helpful.
Shefaa the Lobby Ambassedor kept an eye on people’s experience. We felt our feedback was directly taken and will be acted on instead of just being submitted online.

I had the opportunity to stay in this hotel and I found the service and overall stay highly commendable.
I would take this opportunity to appreciate the services provided by the room attendant Mr Jashim Uddin, he is really very helpful, prompt in his services with smiling face always. Such kind of staffs must be rewarded by the management.

Extremely beautiful hotel, lovely employees & concierges, and wonderful food services! They call your room daily to check up on you and ask if you need anything. The lady Shefaa was especially kind and helpful.
