All staff is so nice , perfect services!
They upgrade our room in to Suites room 😭✨
Jashim udon excellent!!! Need Quran in the middle of the night , they provide it 🫶🏻
Breakfast is so good , so many choices and they let us to bring the food to our room !
The room is so comfortable , the bathroom is so clean!
This hotel smells so good ,
Perfect!

Awlad Hussein was a great housekeeper for this facility, he was very diligent with his cleaning and constantly made sure that my family and I were well cared for. He cleaned everything very thoroughly and made sure we felt right at home.

We were upgraded to a four bedroom luxury room 1310. We were there on the 8 February 2024 and stayed four nights. Biggest memory are the people who work there, all staff, including the waiters, managers, reception very polite and kind. Our room was very big! Loved Medina and loved our hotel!

Every ting was perfect since check in time until the checkout date. We enjoyed the services, food. Staff responded to our inquiries immediately. I will recommend this hotel to my all relatives. Thanks to the reception staff and Shefaa Alferadi for her care and assistance.

This hotel was very nice. The staff is so welcoming and do a great job at making the guests' stay feel as pleasant as possible. The housekeeping, Abdul Tanvir and Jewel in particular, are always ready to give the guest whatever it is that they need and do it quickly. Would recommend this hotel to others! Only complain is that I wish they had a microwave so we can eat leftovers but other than that, a very placent pleasant stay.
