An old fashion hotel with classic atmosphere. Reception is very helpful , they are not changing the soap in bathroom on daily basis . A Llittle bit noisy specially in the morning since the staff start cleaning the rooms which generally in other hotels they are making after 12 to ensure good sleeping quality for the guests . Location is good . Check out process took with me too much time which shall not be more than 2 minutes .

it's a basic hotel, fine for a short stay but less than you would expect for what you pay, breakfast is good, checkout was not rushed, hypermarket just round the corner, but it's a basic hotel, everything is basic, room and furniture are a bit shabby, they provided towels for one person although we were obviously a couple, definately not a 4-star standard.

As per our CPD Event recently, our organization has noticed the following:
1) The staffs are accommodating
2) Foods and drinks were prepared on time.
3) The sound system, projector etc are NOT working which caused the delay on our event by half an hour. No IT technician in the hotel was available.. So, for us, in this aspect, the Hotel failed. Needs to improve their sound system and IT system.

Rooms are quite good but the mattresses are old due to which it causes back pain.
Room services and breakfast are really good.
No cooking allowed in room.
Daily cleaning of rooms.
All staff is cooperative.
Othaim supermarket and McD are just near to it for late night cravings.
Many Indian, Italian and Arabic cuisines are nearby to it.
Overall it’s a good stay there.

Good experience. The service was very good, they let us check in early and the check out time of 12:00 is quite generous.
The only thing that stops it getting 5 stars is that it was quite run down and needing maintenance. However taking the price into account, I would definitely stay here again.
