Always love my stay at the Crowne Plaza. The service is excellent, rooms tidy and the breakfast wide and plentiful for all dietary needs. Special thanks to the concierge service and wait staff, Gopal for the politeness and attention.

Breakfast team were great, always friendly and happy to help. They go the extra mile too.
Highlight of the stay had to be Michael the housekeeper on L2, very approachable and always willing to stop his tasks to come and assist, thanks Mike - Tom

Recently we visited this place for dinner highly recommended place🫰🫰🫰
Restaurant is beautiful specially one of their staff Sathya host us warm welcome with cute smile and he is take extra care our table, we won’t forget the place one of our favorite place ever.

I stayed in the hotel with a delegation and we did enjoy our stay there. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nice and friendly atmosphere. Food in the restaurant was very delicious. The service was even better. Thanks a lot to Saiful Islam who was professionally serving our team during our stay.

I would like to say that Rizna in the dining room was amazing. His customer service skill’s are excellent, he was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. He always had a smile on his face and welcomed us with professionalism. Thank you all the Crowne Plaza- and especially Rizna. You’re great! 😊
