I was visited for a meeting. Staff were helpful and cooperative,specially Miss. Lama supervisor was stunning in her behaviour. Food is also delicious. Just they have to increase some vegetables (sabji).

The coffee shop was very good. Jet lag had caused me to oversleep and I missed the operating time of the hotel restaurant. However, the hotel coffee shop was a welcome alternative. Lama the supervisor was very attentive and offered several good suggestions as an alternative. The food was fresh and the coffee was very good!

I’ve been a regular customer with Crown Plaza for many years and always received the optimum service starting from the staff on the reception up to shift supervisors. Rooms always ready and tidy and clean

Been a regular here.
Extremely pleasant crew, very good breakfast, huge rooms, decent gym and a nice pool.
Their service has always been great, especially the supervisors (esp Ms. Lujain). Front desk team is very accomodating too.
There are a handful of cafes and restaurants about a 10min walk away from the hotel.
The breakfast could have more variety though.
This is the place to stay if you are visiting Khobar.

Great Hotel, the location is great, and the environment is so welcoming. The room was very pleasant. It was nice and cleaned. The hotel team has been friendly and helpful and highly appreciated Hotel.
