Amazing place, amazing staff and crew. All the staff are very cooperative and have high morals, starting from the hotel manager, management, reception, room service, and the restaurant staff, they are all distinguished..

Stayed here in December 2023.Very good hotel.Clean rooms.Decent breakfast .Maybe a bit more variety needed.Staff extremely professional and helpful.Special mention of housekeeping staff.They were prompt ,polite, professional.Every request was met immediately.Mr.Rajkumar and Mr.Kartik of housekeeping were sincere and diligent in their work.
Noreen at reception was service with a smile personified.
Mr.Imran manager of food and beverage department took very good care of us.
Would always choose this hotel for all future stays.
Very efficient and helpful staff is the highlight

Rooms are old but kept well.
Room service and housekeeping are too slow!
We paid for lounge access but lounge is locked for maintenance and they cannot provide any alternatives despite the fact that they have other coffee shops. Receptionists failed to provide any help on this regard.
Gym and swimming pool seem to be just fine. Jacuzzi, steam room, and some showers need more maintenence attention.
Nevertheless, there is a gentle man works at the gym called Mr. Faisal. He is so responsible and dedicated to his job. He really makes your day.
Five stars to Mr. Faisal.

I didn’t like my stay as the rooms are spacious but old, location is good and the service is good. Parking is limited. The pool is depressing. Overall not to be repeated. The view is ugly from my room.
