I did not stay at the hotel .
I was with a group having dinner at Chef marriot restaurant .
Needless to mention how pleasant , professional, and nice staff they are .
Well conditioned restaurant .
The staff were attentive to small details .
It was very quiet, which I liked very much .
Food is delicious, and the steak was real medium done .
I asked the staff to take for us many photos .
Exceptionally clean .
Many parking spaces outside .

Staff is nice. I was eligible for upgrade but didn’t get it! No business lounge. Breakfast is nice, well located.
I stayed in many other Marriott hotels in Riyadh, i wouldn’t call this my favorite.

The hotel overall is a little disappointing
The rooms are great, spacious, comfortable bed, plenty of power outlets and USB charging ports. The bathroom is big and shower pressure is good. Internet speed is good.
Gym very small, I was there early morning with 3 other guests and we were literally bumping into each other the whole time.
The food is the biggest disappointment, not what I expect from Marriott at the money I paid. Breakfast variety was OK, but dishes were poorly made and wasn't delicious at all.
I had cake at the coffee shop in the lobby and it was stale.

The hotel welcoming was nice and the person who checked me in was helpful. I arrived at around midnight so the hotel lobby was nearly empty.
I didn’t find the room up to date, and the amenities felt a bit old or bad quality. The room needs some renovation and better quality amenities. The phone wasn’t working well when I tried to order food and it was cutting off. The employees though are good and welcoming and I found them to be very helpful and kind.
The value for money is horrible. You would pay nearly $350 without a breakfast (Breakfast costs approximately $25-$30 per person).
Being a Marriott member and have tried 10s of other Marriott hotels in the region, it shocks me that such a hotel is priced at this price point when it’s not even top tier (Luxury).
Recommended for short stays or business travels. But I would go to another Marriott hotel next time.

The hotel is well kept and the service team is great. The reception staff could smile a bit and be a little more welcoming. As a Gold Bonvoy member I would at least expect a smile when checking in. Housekeeping does a great job with the rooms and the overall property. The location is on Olaya which is a busy street which also is accessible to many food and shopping destinations.
