The hotel is ok, but if you have status and are expecting an upgrade you can forget it. They will give you the room that you paid for even if you are titanium status. I have stayed here 2 times and have not been upgraded even to a slightly larger room despite asking

There is construction nearby and they never stopped using hammers whole night till morning. It was endless noise. I would definitely double check if this is over before you book any rooms. The best part of the hotel is location.

The funny thing is that for early bookings they charge more and the later bookings they charge less. The reservations team is rude and unconsiderate, and even if you book with them for an entire year, they won't respond to your emails because they no longer interest them. I had made four reservations at this hotel.Lesson learned: always ask for the usual corporate rates and check that the system is functioning properly.
