Is there something way below poor which I can rate
Don’t even think of staying here even for half a day, it is embarrassing for me and a guest to know there are “NO” basic facilities like laundry, Room service - Food and no one to even help you with your luggage even when one person has 3 big suitcases to carry except a guard who is busy with his mobile… Absolutely a disaster…
Expecting this kind of a service in Jeddah is very untrue or unheard off..
