Nice spacious rooms. Quiet and comfortable. Opened around June 2022 so still new when I visited. Staff are friendly and have passable English. Some construction for the new restaurants. Door latch doesn’t work.
About 150m from a larger shopping mall.
In room breakfast is cheaper than pre-ordered breakfast.

It's a brand new hotel, has everything you can imagine and the type of hotel that i would love to always stay in during my visits to Abha.
The service level is very high, the reception personnel are very friendly and their pool and gym are very well equipped.

Best hotel ever, the highest quality and service that can be available in hotel. The staff are super experienced and helpful and every detail is taken care of.
