Excellent stay for a business trip. One of the best hotels in Abha. Breakfast buffet, Cafe, and the restaurant were great. Concierge were always friendly and attentive when I needed something.

Specious room, i took one bedroom suit, the hotel is new high standards, have some mountain view but not that much
Excellent restaurant. Dont have 24hour room service, only one restaurant, no lounge
Location is kind off far from abha attractions sites let say 15 minutes in car.
Gym is good and acceptable in term of equipments variety. Nice swimming pool
Staff are nice and welcoming

Superb Hotel in Abha. i lived here for many months on and off. Hawazin(Customer Service Officer) always welcome us with smile and helping attitude, she understands and speaks very good English so we never face any problem.
All other staff members are good too. Hotel ambience is very nice and comfortable. Room Service guys are awesome and always ready for help. Highly Recommend for Stay.

Amazing stay for a short time visit in Abha. The staff are very nice and they answer questions and needs at any time you need. Restaurant was cooking delicious food, and also in the morning breakfast was good. Rooms are definitely spacious! And if you want to have a drink, they have a coffee shop right at the exit of lobby, which gets busy at night i can say- perfect!

Poor customer service at the reception. The staff is not trained properly to handle early check-ins and late check-outs. I kept suggesting solutions to fix the situation to no avail. I ended up paying for a suite because they refused to give me the room I already booked all because of an early check in. And at check out, I ended up sitting for 4 hours at a nearby cafe until my flight time. Not accommodating at all.
