I have been coming to the Centro Olaya Hotel for a while now. It’s located in a great area with good access around town.
The reception and restaurant staff have been great. I would like to mention the house keeping team especially Jahir have really made my stay feel like home. The little things him and his team do have been great, they are very respectful and professional.
I have no hesitation recommending this hotel and it staff, and if your lucky Jahir may even have him look after you.

They use to have clean rooms and nice services however not any longer. Tried change four rooms in a raw and all dirty as well as my colleges rooms. Room services don’t clean the rooms even after 8 hours even with (clean my room) lights on
Bathroom needs maintenance

The food was soo delicious each plate the salad , the soup and the sushi .

The place is so cozy and relaxing. We are disappointed by the service of the restaurant it takes almost an hour for the food to be served. The quality of the ramen doesn't taste good it was so bland the only thing that has flavor is that onion strips that were included in the ramen. The sushi tastes good and it can be shared with friends.
