Spend six days here—overall good experience. Front desk staff are kind and helpful. The hotel closes to kingdom Centre and close to almost everything under 15 minutes driving.

Needs urgent maintenance especially for the bathrooms. If I could, I will give minus score for that. The staff are untrained and not professional. The housekeepers don't speak neither Arabic nor English. Will leave before completing my reservation and will never stay here again.

Good & clean rooms, housekeeping was average. food is very good. location is very much in the centre of the city. Overall recommendable.

I spent 2 nights at this quiet and clean hotel…breakfast is decent..front desk staff are great
