Except for the location and atmosphere which are stunning and amazing, they lack a lot of client intimicy.
Communication is over WhatsApp, which means no communication, they are not helpfull at all with organising trips/visits, we had to go to the reception of the villas where somebody took care off us, our room was not cleaned, so no fresh towels, when we arrived there was garbage of the previous people found, food is limited and no coffee in the caravan. Price quality is questionable.
Next 3 night stay is the villas, hopefully better.

Honestly for me food is a big factor. Im visiting Saudi Arabia and it cant be that the food they offer at their food truck is pizza, sandwiches and thats about it i can eat that anywhere. Also no coffee machine in the room maybe because they want guests to spend on their coffee foodtruck
Everything else was good and i find the concept original

The facilities and services are nice, but where’s the FOOD!! Few options and it’s super expensive. A plate of eggs for 75 and half an avocado toast for 85!! Bring your own food to make it more enjoyable.
