One Night Stay
Location (easy to get there).
Available car parking.
Fast easy checking-in process.
Acceptable price.
Quietness.
Laundry delivery services.
Areas of Improvement:
Non-comfortable pillows and bed.
Poorly working shower tape.
Cleanness and housekeeping.
TV is NOT working.
Overused carpets and furniture.

Nice place. You rent a furnished room basically with hotel-like services. There's towels, a microwave, kettle, sandwich maker, toast maker, stove-top, kitchen sink and plates and cutlery. Compared to other furnished rooms these things are extraordinary.
