I stayed 2 nights, the room was spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet.
The service was very nice, responsive and helpfull. Especially Roaa at the reception who helped me a lot, giving me tips and advice to find my way in Jeddah

The wifi is barely useable, they don’t offer room service while you’re staying there, and there is barely any options for the continental breakfast
