Had a booking for check in at 5th and check out 6th but I informed them that I will arrive at 4 am on 6 th and check out the same day at normal check out time I had paid for the booking prior to my arrival When I arrived they had me waiting for a stupid reason that I have to check in on the 5 although I was going to check out on the normal time Honestly service is terrible wouldn’t recommend it as many other options are available Hope they can improve it

If the choice was up to me, I would not book here. The reception was not good and professional when checking in, as well as when checking out. The service workers need training in hotel service and dealing with guests in a professional manner... I wish you improved quality and services and showing the best image of us to visitors to the city of Jeddah.

So far the hotel has very bad smelling carpets and the AC causes the floors to be slippery. They also didn’t seem to change the blanket covers as mine had a strong smell of men’s cologne. I asked for a clean blanket for the bed and they brought me different kind, a brown one, which at least smelled clean. So far I’m disappointed at the hotel.

Very disappointing experience. For the price you pay, the client expects a better first impression than a couch with cigarette burns when he first enters the room. Parking area is terribly small, chances that your car gets a scratch is very high. No hot water in the shower, even that the heater is on. They do deep cleaning for the outside glass on friday 9:00 am, so if you are planning a long sleep on the weekend you better think twice before booking. But the star of my visit was that we got stuck in the elevator for like 2 minutes!! When it finally worked again (i had to call them because no one came after i pressed the alarm) and we reached the reception, the staff had zero reaction no sorry no nothing. You would expect a compensation after this terrible incident, but no nothing. They even didn't remove the price of the small extra bed (52 sr per night). Pillows are old and very uncomfortable. Housekeeping barely clean the room, they cleaned the bedroom but didn't clean the living room. Good thing is that the rooms are spacious and the location is perfect. I had better expectations from such a brand.
