I called and reserved a room. The receptionist confirmed my booking and my arrival time. When I arrived the hotel, they couldn’t find my booking and they gave the room to another people. I called on the 20th of November around 10:30 a.m and confirmed my arrival to be between 12:00 and 12:30 a.m.
It was a long journey to Riyadh and I had arrived late already to find another hotel. This was really disappointing.

Very expensive compared to the offered room, at less price you can fabulous bigger room in same district.
