Bad wifi and Most rooms have no cellular service so you can't use even 4G.
Rooms are clean and room service is just ok.
Walls are thin so you always hear noise from outside.

I booked a room on Friday morning 16th of June. I was given a dirty room and the front desk couldn't even know how to make a card for the room so he had to wait for the room service guy to do it for him. The front desk guy (Al shammeri) was extremely rude, unprofessional and offensive. I will never ever book in this hotel. And I highly recommend to do not book either. It was such a horrible experience.

Very bad treatment. Rooms were paid for, and we didn't receive them until 3pm

Very ver very bad survice at breakfast and dinner.
The food is very bad, no one consider your orders.
Plastic spoons and knives.
Less than a srtar.

Room service is pretty bad. I asked the front office several times to clean the room and provide me with fresh towels, but they haven’t done anything during my stay. Worst experience!
