Very old property. Kitchen appliances either not working or not compatible with switch board to use. Toilet bath tub broken. No toiletries Available . At time of checkin cancelled our advance booking to charge double for same booking

After thinking carefully, I've decided to share my thoughts on this hotel. In my opinion, it's a mixed bag. There are both positives and negatives to consider.
If you're coming from Khobar, Dammam, Hassa, or Jubai, this hotel's location is convenient because it's right at the entrance of Riyadh City. You can avoid a lot of the typical traffic congestion in the city. Additionally, at this price point, you probably won't find a 2-bedroom suite in the city center. The facilities aren't outstanding, but they're also not terrible, especially if you're planning a short stay (2-3 days maximum). During a shorter stay, you might overlook minor issues like cleanliness and staff cooperation.

This is by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever lived in. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. The whole has is extremely dirty especially the two places you need to be clean the bath tub and the kitchen counters. 3 people checked into the hotel and apparently only 1 towel by hotel. Walls are greasy chairs have stains. Management don’t care and are useless. I’m truly convinced that the hotel has no cleaner and rooms are just maintained by customers. I’d advise you not to put your face on the pillows

Horrible experience paid and left the hotel as it was beyond living standards. Very very old. Even the bed and the topper was with marks and Hairs. There is No Iron facility. I would suggest look for other option.
