It's not a good experience. Room Ac started leaking water, and Hall ac sounded like an old truck. Housekeeping is not up to the standards. We need to take stairs to go to the room as the facility did not have an elevator. And every day, the card is blocked and needed to activate by going back to the front desk, taking the stairs.

This is a very comfortable, well maintained, very clean kept facility with prompt service, friendly and efficient staff , a swimming pool, kids playground, a little but functional gym and quite an open area with greenery for relaxing outside.
There is a feeling of cleanliness in this facility as the staff is always seen cleaning all the avenues ofbthe facility at all times including the swimming pool.
Great place to stay with a grocery store and a fuel station right next door. There are a few supermarkets and many restaurants and a mall quite close by within less than five minutes distance.

Very bad. Water was hot. Unable to get cold water. Doors were damaged unable to close. Our phones were damaged because of the sockets LOW WAT. Hair dryers also damaged. Floor was not clean. 3000 Dirham was not worth it for 3 nights at all.

One of the best place to live considering only location and ambiance... rest all is full of dust.. out dated furniture and dim lighting in the room which gives a horror look rather than an elegant look.... Need to improve a lot...

So bad, the smell is so horrible!
The cleaning it’s will be until 7:00 Pm!
And If you need anything the take long time to assist you.
And there is some bugs in the bathroom?
It’s the worst hotel in the whole world ??
