I am in complete awe, I have never been treated so well and never have I received this kind of hospitality and consideration. The quality and attention to detail are on par and the staff are doing their upmost best with every interaction. Is there room for improvement sure but when you see them giving their 110% every time and are providing the best service I am just in shock at how magnificently well maintained staff and hotel is. This is an expletive I would never forget and I will definitely stay here again and again. I would travel to AlUlA just to stay there and after this experience I will definitely be staying at other Banyan Trees around the world. Thank you to all the staff members that made this an experience to remember. I will be recommending this to everyone and since I stayed there on the new years I already have had 3 of my friends stay at your resort and they loved it.

My husband and I were are so happy about the experience in this hotel , the place is magnificent! the staff is so kind , especially the Concierge Manager, MUSTAFÁ, who is incredibly efficient and is the “solution Man” to all your needs We will be back there for sure!!! Love this hotel and AlUla!! ❤️❤️ Yudith and Federico.

Beautiful and quiet where you can relax and stay away from the hustle and bustle of life in the beautiful desert nature, especially when the weather is mild

Everything about this property is incredible. The rooms with their spectacular views across the valley to the Mirror theatre but especially the staff and their amazing service. Head concierge Mustafa Kasem is one of the most professional and passionate people I have ever experienced in the luxury travel business, an area I know very well.
