Excellent service and hotel rooms. I will highly recommend this hotel for cleanliness, good price and very friendly staff. Healthy breakfast in roof top with beautiful scenery. Hotel transfers are best. I will recommend to use hotel pick and drop service. Please be aware that the hotel charges in Euro not in USD. If you see online price then they will charge you the amount on Euro. Therefore plz pay online your self. Do not take option to pay in hotel.

This was our first hotel in sultan ahmet and I must say it was spectacular. Service was very good, staff were very kind and welcoming. We needed an extra bed for our child and they provided a mattress, and even went as far as to offer to upgrade us to a bigger room the next day, free of charge. Breakfast was very good, and was more than enough for all kinds of people with different dietary requirements. But most of all, the view from the terrace while eating breakfast was what made it quite the experience. It's so peaceful and soothing. As for the room, the furniture was a little old. But that is not to say it was well maintained. Room was clean and had all the necessities. Bathroom had constant water leaking from the bum washer(sorry, I don't know what it's called), but if you tighten it hard enough (and I mean hard enough), it stops. But here's what surprised me. They even had a heated bathroom floor! They also had a plenty good supply of towels etc. As for the location. It is THE perfect location if you want to visit every thing in sultan ahmet. All the major attractions are a 5-15 mins walk, that too with little to no climbing. The sultan ahmet square is a mere 7 mins walk. There are also plenty of resturants right infront of the hotel, albeit super expensive compared to normal rates. This hotel, when we booked was super affordable, and I must say if we ever come to Istanbul again, we are staying here again 100%. Highly recommend. Rooms are good for the price and people are very helpful. Only downside was that windows does not look sound proof as the street noise sometimes distubs at night. Also you need buy your own drinking water.

Very bad situation was with this hotel they take money for 3 person in one room but stay in one room 2 people and this hotel didn't back money for 3 people !! I'm not recommending this hotel because they take money for 3 person but in the room was towels only for 2 person not for 3 person!!! And in the reception man was so angry and very aggressive!

A welcoming Multilingual receptionist, the restaurant has a super nice view but the breakfast wasn’t that good! The room we booked was nice but some kid painted it with his own opera d’arte! They should’ve take care of covering or whipping it out.
