Atmosphere was nice at the 20th floor, however, the restaurant had 5 or 6 types of dessert and we tried 2 types. Kunafa with cheese & Eash Al saraya with Cream. It was a very bad experience that we couldn’t eat them both. We have informed them to ask the chef to improve. Hopefully, they will pass the message. Good luck

My experience was started from the doorman service and my special gratitude to him and his team.
The lounge was very nice and calm for a business meeting. Liked the coffee ☕️ quality. And the service was friendly but they must take care of the cup once they delivered it it was split on the plate. But it’s Ben solved immediately.
And the prayer ?? room must be taken care of it. From many things clean and the distance was away from all other facilities. They can take care of it like all other things related. That was my two concerns.
The atmosphere and the vibes was good.

Always a pleasure staying at this hotel. The staff at the reception is always so happy to talk and help you. The housekeeping staff is also exceptional with a great eye for detail. Have to give a special mention to Wilson here. A really great place to stay in Jeddah

I had an absolutely excellent experience at this hotel. The room offered an amazing view of the city, and the furnishings were top notch. The best part of all was the service. All the staff were kind and helpful. Mr. Ali Siraj went above and beyond to help me, and he certainly deserves some praise and compensation for doing so.

The one bedroom apartments in the residence side are a perfect home away from home if you are a regular traveler to Jeddah.
Every single staff member goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Everyone takes great pride in their work as they should.
Location is ideal
