June 28, 2023. Eid Holiday. ROOM 1003, AC in the room is weak. I have complained it twice, first at 6pm. And then again at 1:30am in the middle of the night because we were sweating. The room was so hot you don't need to put on a blanket to sleep. Amazing. Keep it up.

This is one of the worst hotel in Khobar. They are unprofessional and no response and respect for guest. I will not recommend this hotel. I booked my hotel room sea view and they didn't provide me. Overall unfortunately the bad experience.

Curtains fell down on my head and i was injured, black marks on the iron, had to call 3 times to get a new iron. delays in laundry services, better to get it from outside, no one at the reception when we arrived, the room was not ready. bad smell from the shower, pieces of plastic was found in the floor of the toilet. not recommended at all. the stay was last week of Sep 2022
