This is the worst experience i have ever had in a hotel room. I would not recommend you to stay in this hotel at any cost. There are no towels in the washroom and we have to beg for them as if we are staying here rent free. The washrooms are dirty at check in. It was a 3 day stay and no room service, no emptying of garbage. The worst of all water was gone on 2nd day and the management had no clue when it will come back.
Better to stay far from masjid and take a taxi rather than staying at this hotel.

Room Service is Very bad, rooms are dirty and no one came to cleaned it even after the complaint.All cleaning staff busy with mobile..
Lift not working..
Reception don't know language..
Washrooms are dirty,
Location is awesome but hotel services/ administration and maintenance is zero

Room Service is pathetic, mostly staff are not user friendly, even rooms are dirty and no one came to cleaned it even after the complaint.
Elevator (Lift) isn't works properly and too much wait time.
Washrooms are dirty due to staff not properly cleaned/Sanitized.
Mostly customer smoking inside the building but unfortunately smoke detector not works.
Location is awesome but hotel services/ administration and maintenance is zero

We only got our towels a day after we checked-in & after we complained. No room cleaning done during our stay. Toilet not look pleasant with open water drainage. Crowded with ruthless tourist with no manners whilst using public facilities. Some even ate their breakfast sitting on the floor in front of the mezzanine lift area or infront of lifts of respective hotel floor. Some also left their leftovers & utensils on the floor thereafter. Restaurant staff was also rude. Only plus point is hotel is nearby women’s entrance to the mosque.

POOR SERVICE, poor staff, staff themselves say dont book this hotel. Why did you book this hotel etc.
reception service is so so so poor, no towel, no wifi, no kettle, only 1 bed and charges are on sky.
And they say call us on help at 0 but guess what, phone doesn’t have cable.
