One of the Medina hotels is quite good. Maybe the queue for the elevator is long and time consuming so enter the emergency stairs if you want to be a little fast. Must be grateful to be a guest of Allah and the Messenger of Allah.

Hotel is nearby to the Holy Masjid but if you wants to save your time this hotel is useless because you have to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes to reach your room as the elevators are overflowing after every Prayer. Its better to take 400 mtr hotels then this one if you won't have any issue of walking

By far the worst hotel I’ve been to yet. The room is very cold and dirty. The beds are fold out beds, extremely uncomfortable. The check in was ridiculous. We turned up at the check in counter and the man told us that he didn’t know when our room would be ready. I had to keep asking until he gave us keys. Four beds squished tightly into one room. No Wi-Fi in the rooms, only outside. No space at all to even open my suitcase. Worst experience. Do not recommend. There are many more better hotels around the area for exactly the same price

Good location, bad service
The hotel is very close to Haram, it has 8 lifts (one was out of service) and it has free parking. Room size was good.
There is no room service even when requested, no changing of towels no drinks provided (only kittle), no drinking water provided, no luggage storage which was needed given that they checked me in late. Seems the staff size are not enough, rooms need renovation and seems very old.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. To start off checking was delayed By 54 minutes to cleaning or whatever. Checkin was at 4 we arrived at 3:30 and was told Rudely that we had to wait. We finished checking at 456pm. Room carpet was filthy, Bathroom was filthy and leaking. Elevators were not working at the end of our stay. You don't want to stay here for the price you pay.
