Very nice hotel, clean, the room attendants, hotel staff and excellent, except the receptionists and those that check us in they are not worthy of having conversation with, it's as if they are paying for my hotel and it's a burden for them to come to work. Replace them with those Bengalis, they will give the customers a better experience. Breakfast was always very good.

The hotel is a 5min walk from Harram & convenient for going to & coming from.
The place is clean & comfortable.
Staff responded to requests efficiently.
The buffet breakfast was really really good with some alterations to the hot menu daily so got a good variety.
Would recommend it & would come back myself.

The service was excellent. The staff are very helpful and courteous - among the best. Breakfast was really good and the room service food prices are very reasonable and convenient. Location is a little far from the main shops but that can be good.

It was my second time staying here and I would choose it again if I am back in Makkah. It may be away from the Clock Tower and the main area but I find the walk to be manageable and therapeutic. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast spread is amazing.

Good hotel, very close to Al-haram, takes about 5 minutes to walk there. Good breakfast and dinner. The rooms are mostly adapted for two people, so if you are four people per room, it can be perceived as a small room. the service is top notch.
