I had an amazing experience staying over here. Came to Saudi for the first time and quite happy with hospitality provided by the people here.
I would like to mention, Nazmol, who helped a lot in maintaining the cleanliness of the room and always greeted with a smile.

Aloft is just opposite to Mall of Dhahran and when you wake up you see a cool outlook. I am really happy about the staff who provide room services and my sincere and special thanks to Nizamuddin who never disappointed me.
Every time he comes, he approaches to ask if there is anything we need and makes sure that we are comfortable.
Would definitely recommend others to have Aloft as there choice.

Very nice hotel for business. The location is excellent in the middle of everything and in front of Dhahran Mall. Only 10 minutes max to the seaside of Al Khobar city. The breakfast is fine with few options.
They have a cafe (Wxyz) that serves Starbucks coffee but during my stay, there were no beans for two consecutive days.

Well it’s my second time in here..i like that the place is colorful and calm. Smiling and very helpful staff. From the room cleaning team to the restaurant team , reception and the Chef, they all make sure that you have what you want to get the best experience, and be happy.

Typical 3 star business hotel. Prices are not high. Amenities are good as per the room charges. Check in check outs are pretty smooth. Special mention for:
1. Masud, for taking care of breakfast every morning. He always greets with smile and keeps on checking in between if someone needs anything.
2. Islam, for all the drops & pickups to office every day. He is a nice person, very punctual and always on time. I had great conversations with him during the journeys.
